·               Responsible for transforming 150,000 sq. ft. warehouse into a converting facility. Working with city to permit building for manufacturing, coordinating with Utility company on upgrade of building electrical to 3000Amps, contracting with concrete company to cut and prepare foundations for equipment, overseeing the installation of machines and component equipment such as Motor Control Centers, Compressors, Balers, and Trim systems.

Leading the efforts for the facility in preparation for OSHA VPP application. Executed Numerous equipment upgrades which improved quality and productivity while decreasing downtime and waste. Implemented 5 S program to improve efficiency, ergonomics, and housekeeping.

·               Responsible for the planning and directing of daily and long-term operations,

including safety, personnel management, and product quality. Direct operations to produce custom size quick turn around product, efficiently and consistently. Oversee and coordinate the scheduling, production, and transportation of orders to insure proper flow of inventory into the plant so our customer's orders can be filled accurately, and on a timely basis.

·               Moved facility to new location and ran dual operations during the move without missing any orders or interrupting customer service. Designed new warehouse footprint which increased efficiency for storing and picking rolls, decreased handling, and improved inventory accuracy. Last 7 years only facility with perfect annual inventory. Received Chairman’s Award

·               Cost champion, Found innovative ideas to improve productivity, decrease cost to serve, and decrease operating costs. $200K lighting project, $75K Compressor project.
